    수천건이 나오는 검색어일 경우 원하는 회사 찾기가 불가능함(회사 이름이 에스일 경우 등등)
    검색결과 내 검색으로 대표자명이나 지역으로 한번 더 검색할 수 있어야할듯

  3. 후기랑 아이디랑 연동 빠른 시일에 풀렸으면 좋겠습니다.

    뭔가 이유는 있겠지만 올리자마자 아이디랑 연동이 바로 풀리면 좋겠습니다. 아이디 까게 하려는 회사가 있습니다. 제가 다니는 회사죠. 만약 올렸다가 임원진이 보고 1~2주 연동 풀리기 전에 들켜버리면 안 좋을 거 같은데...

  4. 고객센터 연결좀..

    고객센터나 잘 연결되었으면 좋겠네요.
    계속 고객이 통화할수 없습니다..라는 멘트 나오고 멘트도참..ㅎㅎ 누가고객인지..무튼 통화 안되면 1:1 챗봇상담이라도...있었으면 합니다.

  5. 보안코드 재발급 수단을 만들어주세요.

    작성한 리뷰를 제 계정에서 끊을 떄 보내주시는 보안코드 메일을 제가 삭제하였을 때 보안코드를 다시 발급 받을 수 있는 수단이 있으면 좋겠습니다. 예로 아이핀인증이나 공인인증서를 통해 본인인증을 받고 다시 발급 받을 수 있게 해주시면 감사하겠습니다.

    회사에서 요청하여 삭제된 리뷰가 몇건이 되는지도 보이면 좋을것 같습니다. 회사가 인위적으로 리뷰를 관리한다는 것을 구직자들이 알 수 있도록 말입니다.

  7. 리뷰 구분

    기업 리뷰 작성할 때
    정직원 공채로 입사한건지 아니면 경력직으로 이직한건지
    파견/계약직인지 알바로 일한건지

    전직장 현직장으로 구분되는 것처럼 고용경험의 형태를 리뷰어들이 선택해서 작성할 수 있게 해주세요
    알바로 일한 경험을 쓴 사람들도 많아보이는데
    플랫폼 초반에야 DB 확보를 위해 최대한 많은 리뷰가 필요했겠지만
    플랫폼이 안정된 지금은 리뷰의 정확성에 좀 더 신경을 써야 될 때가 아닌가 합니다
    알바로 일하면서 곁눈질로 본거랑 정직원으로 일한 경험/계약직으로 일한 경험은 각각 어느정도 차이가 있을 거라고 생각하는데
    어떤 리뷰가 정말 신뢰할만한 정보인지 모르겠네요

    구직자들이 좀 더 정확하고 신뢰할만한 정보를 얻어갈 수 있게 개선을 부탁드립니다

  8. 리뷰 신뢰성 강화 (게시자 사실 확인)

    리뷰의 공신력을 강화하기 위해서
    해당 게시자가 실제로 해당 기업에 근무했다는 것을 확인할 수 있는 장치 (건강보험 납부 기록 확인)가 있으면 더 좋을 것 같습니다.
    물론 해당 개인 정보는 철저히 지켜주시구요.

    정말 리뷰를 올리는 전직원이 당당하다면
    실명으로 올리게 해줬으면 합니다.

    기업에서도 작성자가 누군지 알아야
    오해를 풀고 문제를 해결하는게 좋지 않을까요?

    일방적으로 개개인에 감정섞인 비방글로 기업이 피해보는 상황을 만드는건 같은 기업운영하는 입장에서 너무한 방법이라고 생각합니다.

    사람들이 얼마나 오래 다니는지 근속연수도 분포도 볼 수 있다면 좋을 것 같아요
    전직장인 사람은 대략 몇년 다니고 퇴사하는지,
    현직장인 사람은 얼마나 다니고 있는지
    알 수 있다면 좋을 것 같아요.

    제가 가고싶은 기업을 팔로잉하고 떠오른 그기업에 아이디어(어느부서가 마음에든다라든지,리뷰를보고 든 생각 등) 를 메모하는 기능이 있었으면 좋겠습니다.

    공채시즌이되서 어 이기업을 왜내가 팔로잉했지 라는 생각을 많이 할꺼같아요
