    실제 채용된 인력에 대한 기호를 보여주는 것인데 가령 선호 전공, 사회경험, 성적, 외국어, 경력 등 실제 채용에 기준이 된 우선순위를 데이터화 해서 보여주어 구직자들이 보다 명확한 입사 기준을 가늠할 수 있도록 하는 기능.

  8. 직원의 리뷰가 많지 않은, 하지만 근래 떠오르는 기업 리뷰

    신생기업, 하지만 근무자의 리뷰가 많지 않은 기업에는 "최근 기사"를 제공하는 것은 어떨까요? 특히 진짜 핫한 기업 하지만 리뷰가 많지 않은 회사에는 JOB PLANET이 직접 인터뷰를 하는 것도 좋을 것 같습니다. 단순히 해당 상세 페이지의 PV를 늘리는 것 뿐 아니라 해당 기사를 SNS, Portal등 노출 하여 traffic 유입에도 도움이 될 것 같습니다. 참고로 요즘 페이스북에 올라오는 content 및 이로 인한 traffic 관리는 어떻게 되나요? 예전보다 페이스북 컨텐츠가 참신하거나 내용적으로 읽고싶은 내용이 아닌 것 같습니다.

  9. 무엇을 추가하기 보단 신뢰성 (특히연봉) 확보에 주력하시길!!

    지금 이대로가 좋음, 이싸이트가 타 구직싸이트와 구별되는게 가독성이 좋고 깔끔한거임.
    무엇을 더 추가하려는 생각말고, 정보의 신뢰성 (특히 연봉부분)을 높일 지혜를 쌓아야 할듯. 기업리뷰나 연봉을 보면, 내가 다녔던 회사인데도 잘못된 정보가 많음.. 블라인드앱 처럼 회원가입 받을때 기업 이메일로 본인확인 하는등의 신뢰성 확보가 중요

    면접정보 입력시 신입/경력의 구분이 있으면 좋을듯 합니다.
    분명 면접 진행시 신입과 경력은 큰 차이가 있기 때문에 지금처럼 혼재된 정보는 오히려 혼란을 야기 할 수도 있을 듯 합니다.

    회사 측에서 기본적인 정보를 제공하는 페이지가 있었으면 좋겠습니다. 초봉이라던지 기본 복지같은 것을 등록해서 자세하게는 아니지만 어느 정도의 회사다 라는 감이 올 수 있다면 회사 선택시 많은 도움이 될 것 같습니다.

    It직군안에는 상당히 세부적으로 나뉨니다.
    향후sw 인력양성을하는 정부 정책으로 관련 정보가 필요합니다.
    It직군으로 두루뭉실하게 표현하기보다 파트 부분을 분명히 하는것이 좋을 듯.. 이말이 먼지모르겠다면 잡플래닛 안에 프로그래머에게 어쭈어보세요.. 아니면 연락하세요

    아직도 사회에는 남녀간 성차별이 존재합니다.
    남녀 직군에 따른 것도 있지만
    면접 질문도, 방식도 많이 다른 것 같습니다.
    면접자 정보를 모두 공개해선 안되겠지만 남자인지 여자인지 구분 정도는 해주시면 도움이 될 것 같습니다.
