    환불때문에 고객센터에 전화해보아도 전화는 받지않고
    Q&A를 작성하고 싶은데 그럴수없어서 이렇게라도 보냅니다.
    16일 13시경에 프리미엄 상품을 3개월치 구매하였습니다 3개월치 구매시 할인가로 9000원에 판매하고 있어 구매하였는데 할인된 가격이 아닌 할인 전 가격으로 구매가 되었더군요.. 그래서 환불조치를 받고 다른상품으로 다시 구매하려고 합니다. 빠른조치 꼭 부탁드립니다.

    기업 별점이 최소 1점인데
    0점도 필요하다고 생각해요
    0점 기업한테 1점을 주는것도 너무 속상하고 말도 안된다고 생각이 듭니다. 1점과 0점 많은 차이가 있습니다.

    더 나은 기업으로 성장할 수 있도록 더욱 객관적인 평가가 필요합니다.

    동전의 양면이 있듯이, 직원의 입장이 있으면 기업의 입장도 있습니다. 잡플래닛이 점점 영향력을 끼치는 훌륭한 사이트로 거듭나기위해 어떤 기사에 대한 악플처럼, 기업에 대한 감정적인 비난과 힐난이 주로 이루어 진다면 지원자들도 제대로된 정보를 얻지 못합니다. 그것을 가릴 수 있는 대책이 필요합니다.

    선량한 기업이 악의적인 리뷰하나로 계약이 무산되고 구직자를 찾지 못할수도 있는겁니다. 익명이라는 가면뒤에 숨은 악플러들에 대한 검증절차가 꼭 강화되어야 하고 익명은 아예 없애야 한다고 생각합니다.

    감정적이거나 주관적인 평가에 대해서는 회사에 사전에 협의하는 프로세스가 있었으면 좋겠습니다.
    양이 질을 압도한다고 하지만, 작은 회사 입장에서는 누군가의 선택으로 인해 인재확충에 어려움을 격을 수 있습니다.

  20. 앞선 내용에 동의하며 해당 내용을 꼭 확인해주길 바랍니다.

    기업의 리뷰를 적을때 근로계약서,재직증명서,원천징수영수증,급여내역,사원증,명함 등 어떤 경로든 회사에 재직했던 내용을 증빙할 수 있는 내용을 확인하고 글이 게시되었으면 좋겠습니다.

    전적으로 기업에게 불리한 조건이 아닌가 싶습니다.

    오히려 반대로 기업이 근로자를 판단하고 리뷰하는 내용도 필요하다고 생각합니다. 악의적인 리뷰를 전문적으로 남기는 사례도 많을 것이라 판단됩니다.
